Ordering/Purchasing Process
- Placing Orders: Customers can place orders through our Website, Sellers Platform “Goimage.com”, or Event Locations. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the order, as long as the customer shared that information.
-Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, Venmo, Apple Tap, and other secure payment options.
-Purchasing any item(s) at an Event/Craft Sales are Final!!!!

- Returns: Unused candles can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

- Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please take a picture and contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or refund.
